How NairobiEliteHomes handles your personal information.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and Google account ID. We don't see your Google password, and we don't ask for access to anything else in your Google account.
When an account is created for you: your name and email address, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password.
When you ask to join the private community: your name, WhatsApp number, and any email address and message you give us.
When you send an enquiry: the contact details and message you enter in the form.
When you submit a property to list: your name, any company name, phone number and email address, your connection to the property, its details and asking price, and a record of what you agreed to and when.
When you list a property with us: the identity, ownership and authority documents and photos you send, and the signed marketing authority.
Business contact details that companies publish on their own websites, when we research property companies that may want our marketing services.

To sign you in and keep you signed in.
To reply to your enquiry or your request to join, including by WhatsApp or email.
To contact you by phone or email about marketing a property you submitted, and about related property services. You can tell us to stop at any time, on a call or using the contact details below, and we'll keep a record so we don't contact you again.
To confirm your identity and your right to market a property. These documents are encrypted and stored privately, and only our verification team can open them.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use your Google account information for advertising.

Service providers that run this website for us store or carry this information on our behalf: website hosting, the database, and email delivery. Google handles Google sign-in, and WhatsApp carries any chat you have with us. When we research companies, an AI provider reads public web pages on our behalf. Some of these providers are outside Kenya.

Your account stays until you ask us to delete it, or staff remove it. Requests to join are deleted once they're no longer needed. Identity and ownership documents are deleted after 90 days, and signed marketing authorities after 3 years. Sign-in sessions end after 30 days at most.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the contact details below.
You can also remove this site's access at any time from your Google account's security settings.
