The problems it solves

  • See it first

Everything good is gone before it's listed.

Off-market homes and land are shared in the group first.

    Get first look

  • Serious people only

You can't tell real listings from time-wasters.

Verified members only, with vetted owners and agents.

    Meet the community

  • Safer land deals

Land in Karen and Runda is a minefield of title, zoning and scams.

The group gets title-status notes, zoning flags and member warnings.

    See the land notes

  • Reach owners directly

Agents won't call you back unless you're ready to pay.

Direct owner contact and a fast response culture inside the community.

    Talk to owners

  • Know the real price

Prices are quoted differently to diaspora buyers.

KES and USD transparency, with member-reported price checks.

    Check real prices

  • A quiet network

You hear about the best plots at a funeral, not online.

A curated, quiet network. That's what this is.
